We are delighted to announce that Jacob Law LLP has been shortlisted in eight categories at the Customer Experience Awards 2026.
These are awards any business can enter, whatever its sector or size, and every category draws a large field of applications. Against that, being shortlisted in a single category is a considerable achievement. To be named a finalist in eight is something the whole team should be proud of.

What the shortlist recognises
Taken together, the eight categories trace a whole transaction rather than a single moment — how a client is welcomed, how they are looked after while their sale or purchase runs, the technology that carries it along, and the people behind all of it.
As Ireland’s first online property law firm, we built the practice around the parts of conveyancing clients find hardest — not knowing what happens next, not being able to reach anyone, and having to guess at the cost. A client portal, recorded video calls, electronic signing where it is permitted, fixed fees quoted in writing, and step-by-step guides for every kind of transaction are all answers to those problems.
Being shortlisted for client onboarding, support, digital experience and use of technology in the same year suggests the approach is working.
The awards night
The 2026 Customer Experience Awards ceremony takes place on Friday 2 October 2026 at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. The full shortlist is published on the Customer Experience Awards website.
