A special mention has to go to Laura Keenan, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, extremely helpful, and always kept us informed at every stage. Her efficiency and attention to detail made a real difference, and she made sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. We encountered a lot of bumps in the road which normally would stress a person out so much, but Laura's empathy, reassurance and constant checking in was what removed all the stress. There was never an issue of delayed response and we truly felt she went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend Jacob Law, especially Laura, to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and supportive team to help with their mortgage process. Zero delays with doing up all the necessary paperwork and getting it across to the vendor's solicitor. Patrick was always a phone call away. If he couldn't answer, he always called back shortly afterwards. I chose Jacobs Law based on positive reviews and the ease of being able to upload documents to their online platform. Also, the ability to digitally sign documents as I am currently living abroud. Not to mention you know exactly what you are paying for as everything is disclosed upfront and in detail so there was no surprises when it came to payment. Honestly, can't fault Jacobs Law and, in particular Patrick in any way. A fantastic service with very professional & efficent staff.Very worthy of the 5 stars. I highly recommend. Read more
